St. Francis Volunteer Services is looking for people who want to serve others in an atmosphere of Christian community.
Areas of Service: Gift Shop, ICU Waiting Room, Surgery Waiting Room, Hostess/Information Desk Assistant, Pediatric ICU, Pediatric Reading Program, Creative Services, Pastoral Ministries and Community Health Center Greeter
Hours of Service: Three or four hour shifts, one time each week or more
Benefits: A free meal pass each day you volunteer a minimum of three hours; access to hospital educational program, in-services and workshops; recognition through special volunteer appreciation events
Experience: None, on-the-job training
Special Recognition: Three of our volunteers have been named the Nation's Volunteer of the Day and have received the Daily Points of Light Award from the Points of Light Foundation & Volunteer Center National Network.
