“Getting the Support You Need” is a breast cancer support group that meets monthly at the Kitty DeGree Breast Health Center. Dr. Florencetta Gibson PhD, APRN, LMFT (Licensed Family Therapist) hosts the monthly support group meeting. Please call (318) 388-8644 for more information.

Look Good...Feel Better

The ACS Look Good...Feel Better program is a community-based, free, national service that teaches female cancer patients beauty techniques to help restore their appearance and self-image during chemotherapy and radiation treatments. This meeting is held monthly at Kitty DeGree Breast Health Center, 3421 Medical Park Drive, Monroe. Each participant receives a free bag of cosmetics. Wigs, scarves and hats are also available at no cost.
