Kitty DeGree Breast Health Imaging is now open in the P&S Building, 312 Grammont Street, Suite 401 in Monroe. This location offers screening mammography with an order from your healthcare provider. Located at St. Francis Medical Center - North , the Kitty DeGree Breast Health Center represents an exciting leap forward for women’s health in our region. Combining state-of-the-art technology, dedicated doctors and staff, and a warm, attractive atmosphere, the center offers a unique all-in-one solution for comprehensive, multidisciplinary breast care.
From routine breast screenings to prompt evaluation and treatment of breast disorders, we offer a complete range of diagnostic and treatment services including digital mammography and High Definition Breast MRI technology. These advanced techniques provide crystal clear imaging for more accurate diagnoses, as well as reducing physical discomfort and exam time for patients. When additional studies beyond the initial screening are required, wait time for follow-up appointments is greatly reduced. Often, patients can be seen the same day.
The Kitty DeGree Breast Health Center recently received the designation of Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the American College of Radiology (ACR) through its voluntary breast-imaging accreditation program. As one of only two centers in the state and the only center in northern Louisiana to have earned this designation, this achievement is a reflection of the quality of care offered by our physicians and staff.
