Adult Rehabilitation
St. Francis Acute Rehabilitation Center is committed to helping the customers we serve to achieve maximum independence in their daily life. A team of healthcare professionals from several fields of medicine will develop an individualized, comprehensive treatment plan for each customer.
Rehabilitation is the process of restoring function through relearning lost abilities or finding new ways of doing everyday activities to maximize lifestyle. A "successful rehabilitation program" yields independence, new pride, improved self worth and an optimistic outlook for the future. This is of vital importance to the customers we serve and provides a smooth transition for returning to a productive role within the community.
